GENEWIZ Dropbox for Convenient Sample Submissions

The GENEWIZ dropboxes are a convenient way for you to take advantage of our courier/host pickup and delivery services.

This is a free sample collection service that is ideal for labs using Amplicon-Seq, Plasmid-Seq (Plasmid-EZ), RNA-Seq, WGS, Oligos and many other services.

Just follow the simple steps below.

Data Report Green

Prepare

  • Login to GENEWIZ.com
  • Request a quote for your order
  • Download and fill in the sample submission form
Dropbox Green

Deposit

  • Label your samples (Download the label here)
  • Package them in a styrofoam box/pouch
  • Place the box in our dropbox
  • Remember to label your box/pouch!

Collection

  • Courier collects samples on a fixed schedule
  • Deliver it to GENEWIZ lab
Overview Green

Sequencing

  • GENEWIZ lab to process the sample accordingly
  • Results will be uploaded to our cloud data
  • Receive your credentials to the cloud via email and login to retrieve your data!

Things to note
  1. Samples drop-off window: Monday - Thursday daily before 2.00pm.
  2. Pick up between 2.00pm-4.00pm.
  3. For urgent collection or special handling required, please contact us at inquiries.asia@azenta.com or (+65) 8112 8827.
  4. If it is a public holiday, there will be NO collection.
