Combinatorial Trimer-Controlled Synthesis of Antibody Libraries Enables Controlled Distribution of Amino Acids at Mutated Sites

Despite the effectiveness of current methods for combinatorial library generation such as partially randomized (NNK) or completely randomized (NNN), there are unwanted codons which can be introduced that impact downstream antibody synthesis. This case study demonstrates the effectiveness of a trimer- (Trinucleotide) controlled approach for creating a combinatorial library for downstream in vitro antibody generation.
