GENEWIZ from Azenta Life Sciences reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Referral Discount Program at any time. Changes will apply prospectively only, By participating, the customer represents that participation in the Referral Discount Program and acceptance of any discount complies with its policies, contractual obligations, procurement requirements, and applicable law. The Program is void where prohibited and is not available to any person or entity subject to applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, or embargoes.
