We are proud to announce our Scientist of the Week: Kurt Farrell, Ph.D. 


Dr. Farrell’s extraordinary efforts and groundbreaking work in neuropathology, contributing to the betterment of disease diagnosis, and his inspiring role as an educator and mentor set a standard of excellence. Thank you for your invaluable contributions!

Nominate a researcher who you think deserves to be appreciated for their hard work in the lab. It could be your professor, student, lab manager, lab technician, colleague or even yourself! We believe that everyone deserves recognition for their contributions to the field.

How it works:

  1. Complete the form by August 30th, 2024.
  2. Your nomination will receive a “Certificate of Appreciation” via email.
  3. Your nomination will also have a chance to be named “Scientist of the Week” or “Scientist of the Day” during GENEWIZ Week which includes a credit toward GENEWIZ services. Plus, if your nomination wins, you could receive a GENEWIZ swag box!

Prizes:

  1. One $500 prize in GENEWIZ credit for “Scientist of the Week” winner.
  2. Four $125 prizes in GENEWIZ credit for “Scientist of the Day” winners.
  3. Five GENEWIZ swag boxes for nominators of the winners.

Prize winners will be determined by our panel of judges and announced during GENEWIZ Week.
