About the workshop
Advancements in viral-vector technology have shown great potential in effectively delivering genes and sequences into cells. However, mastering precise, efficient expression to avoid host immune response is crucial to unlocking successful therapies. In this webinar, we will explore the use of viral vectors, such as lentivirus, baculovirus, and adeno-associated virus, and their successful development for gene therapy applications.
What you'll learn about
How to expedite the development of the viral-vector pipeline, including:- Synthesis, packaging, and characterization
- Post-treatment confirmation
- Analysis of unwanted or off-target insertions in treated samples
