About the webinar
Spatial transcriptomics equips researchers with the ability to observe gene expression patterns within individual cells while in their natural context within tissues. During the webinar, explore how spatial transcriptomics enhances the capabilities of single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) to create new ways of studying cellular heterogeneity in cancer development and immune responses.
What you'll learn about
- Gain familiarity of spatial transcriptomics
- Applications, common workflows, and types of data generated from the technology
- How to spatially resolve expression within tissue
