Utilizing an Alternate Cell Fixation Method to Expand Opportunities for Single-Cell RNA Sequencing

Single-cell sequencing approaches can be useful in discovering information in diverse tissue that cannot be uncovered with bulk RNA sequencing. However, this approach can present challenges due to the complexities of sample preparation required for analysis. In this poster, we present an alternative sample preparation and processing workflow, compare this new approach to standard methods, and highlight its advantages and applications.
