Pharmacogenomics (PGx) has become a staple in therapeutic development programs providing insights into the molecular underpinnings of drug responsiveness and clinical safety and efficacy. Advancements in genomics over the past 25 years have greatly given us a wide variety of tools for analyzing the genome of patients. In this poster, we evaluate multiple next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based options available for PGx profiling including short and long-read sequencing.
