About the workshop

In this workshop, Dr. Andrea O’Hara will describe how multiomics can be used to measure molecular biomarkers across a variety of applications, including solutions for genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.

Along with exploring different methodologies for these approaches, Dr. O’Hara will cover which applications are ideal based on sample types and research goals, providing examples of use cases with integrated results.

What you'll learn about

  • Gain insight into recent technological advances in the techniques available for multiomic analyses
  • Learn how to apply genomics, epigenomics, single-cell, spatial profiling, and proteomics in your research
  • Understand how multi-omic solutions can be used to build a comprehensive end-to-end workflow that maximizes insights
