Laptop (1)

About the workshop

Nanopore sequencing provides a cost-effective, long-read approach for a variety of analyses, including whole plasmid sequencing and amplicon sequencing.

In this workshop, delve into the considerations of each technique and discover how to interpret their resulting sequencing data effectively so you can make the most of this powerful approach.

What you'll learn about

  • Fundamental principles of ONT sequencing, including how it reads DNA sequences, strengths and limitations
  • How to accurately interpret and analyze sequencing data from each approach
  • Key ONT metrics and results
