GENEWIZ WEEK 2024 WORKSHOP
Proteomics Data Insights – How Do I Use the Results in My Research?
About the workshop
Proteomics technologies have significantly impacted translational medicine and opened new doors for rapid and enhanced biomarker discovery. However, applying the complex data generated from proteomics analysis can be challenging. Discover how integrating protein data into your current workflow can help bridge the gap between genomics, transcriptomics, and phenotypes, offering deeper insights into disease mechanisms, identifying new drug targets, and developing personalized therapies.
What you'll learn about
- Traditional and modern protein expression assays available to identify and measure proteins
- How to read and interpret high-throughput protein results
- Practical strategies for effectively integrating proteomics into research and discovery workflows
